This is to inform you that, starting from 01-April-2025, the Delhi portal has been migrated to a new platform. To submit a fresh application, please use the provided URL https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/vahanservice/.
For the Delhi registered vehicles, SMS has been sent to vehicle owners in their registered mobile numbers. Vehicle owners are requested to respond to the message if the vehicle number mentioned is correct.
Due to maintenance/up-gradation of VAHAN 4 System, the ONLINE portal will be unavailable from 21:00 to 23:00 on 07-Dec-2019.
Users need to first register themselves (one time) before availing services.
Users will be able to submit application, download forms, upload supporting documents and also take appointment and submit fees also.
For faceless transaction, you are not required to seek appointment or visit office for below mentioned services.
