Shri. Nishant Gupta is 2012- DANIPS officer hailed from Rajasthan, with more than 13 years of distinguished service in the Police Department. He holds M.Tech degree and has consistently demonstrated excellence in various operational and administrative roles.

Throughout his career, He has held several key positions, including Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in multiple districts and specialized units of Delhi such as Rohini, Dwarka, Shahdara, South, Spl.Cell, Spl.Branch and DAP. He has also served in Andaman & Nicobar Island from 2016 to 2019.

Presently, he holds the position of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic (Central Range). In recognition of his exemplary service and outstanding administrative capabilities, He got appreciations from senior officers.
