  • Award Ceremony-Summer Camp-2026
    • Delhi Traffic Police successfully concluded the second batch of the Road Safety Awareness Summer Camp–2026 at four Traffic Training Parks across Delhi.
    • Approximately 750 students participated in the second batch, taking the total participation to nearly 1,390 students across the first two batches.
    • Students engaged in interactive activities including road safety quizzes, traffic drills, painting competitions, and awareness sessions on traffic rules.
    • The camp featured training on first aid, CPR, fire safety, cyber awareness, self-defence, disaster management, and gender sensitization.
    • The third batch is expected to attract around 800 additional students, further strengthening road safety awareness among young road users.

  • Road Safety Pavilion at IITF 2025
    • The Delhi Traffic Police set up an impactful Road Safety Pavilion at the India International Trade Fair 2025, receiving strong appreciation from visitors of all age groups.
    • Through creative displays, live demonstrations and interactive activities, the pavilion highlighted the importance of safe and disciplined road behaviour.
    • Educational games, quizzes, drawing contests, a Riding Trainer Simulator and CPR training offered practical learning experiences.
    • Nukkad Nataks, road safety literature, a Selfie Point and a Pledge Board further enhanced public engagement.
    • Over 2,49,000 visitors, including 5,000 students, were sensitized about road safety, reaffirming the Delhi Traffic Police’s commitment to building a safer Delhi.

  • Award Ceremony – Road Safety Awareness Summer Camp 2025
    • The Road Safety Cell of Delhi Traffic Police held its Road Safety Awareness Summer Camp 2025 Award Ceremony on 25th July 2025 at Adarsh Auditorium, Delhi Police HQ.
    • Sh. Ajay Chaudhry, Spl. CP (TMD Zone-II & HQ), was the Chief Guest, joined by senior officers including Addl. CP Satya Vir Katara.
    • Sh. Chaudhry stressed the need for traffic awareness among students and encouraged them to be responsible road users.
    • The Summer Camp 2025, held from 19th May to 6th June, engaged around 6,000 students (Classes VI–XII) across four Traffic Training Parks.

  • Felicitation of Traffic Praharis
    • The Delhi Traffic Police organized a felicitation ceremony at Adarsh Auditorium, Delhi Police Headquarters, to honour Traffic Praharis.
    • The event was graced by Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Shri Vinai Kumar Saxena, as the Chief Guest.
    • Shri Saxena presented medals and cash prizes to Traffic Prahari volunteers who earned the highest reward points via the Prahari mobile app (September 2024 – February 2025).
    • In recognition of outstanding dedication, five Delhi Traffic Police officials were also felicitated with trophies for their exemplary service.
    • The event celebrated citizen participation in promoting road safety and enforcement.
